The manufacturing process of our chocolate is artisanal and begins by importing cacao beans from trusted suppliers with a strong commitment to social responsibility. We then roast the beans according to specially created profiles designed to bring out the best flavors already present in the bean. Using a special machine, we break the beans down so they can then be ground in a stone mill.

Our favorite part of the process is, of course, the aroma.

After being ground in the stone mill for 3 days, our chocolate is ready to be sweetened, so we add our special blend of coconut nectar and cane sugar and grind it for a little longer until it reaches the ideal consistency. We then pour it into molds and leave it to cool.

Et voilà! Our chocolate is ready to be grated, because it is not powder, but flakes.

We want to be as transparent as possible, so you can see exactly what melts in your cup. We use only high-quality ingredients because that is how we like our products: high quality and with a clean label.

To meet all preferences, our hot chocolate is available both in a 70% cacao version and in an unsweetened version made with 100% cacao beans.

Serving recommendation: Mix 25 g of flakes with 30 ml of hot water or milk until smooth. Then add 170 ml of hot milk or steamed milk. Adjust the amount of liquid according to your preference.
