The FR900MLP is a continuous horizontal band sealing machine designed for efficient, reliable and professional packaging. It is suitable for sealing dry products in plastic, laminated and aluminum-foil bags and can simultaneously seal, print and count packages.

DURABLE METAL CONSTRUCTION
The FR900MLP features a robust metal construction with a durable electrostatic paint finish, providing excellent resistance to wear and long-term use.

The heating and cooling blocks are made of pure copper, while the gears are manufactured from durable iron. The machine also features a reinforced conveyor belt and stainless-steel support.

Adjustable & Portable Design

The printing pressure adjustment knob allows the machine to accommodate different bag thicknesses. The front and rear sections of the conveyor table can also be adjusted to suit different packaging requirements.

Two integrated handles make the machine easy to move, while ventilation openings help dissipate heat during continuous operation.

Teflon Polytef Belt & Powerful Motor

The machine is equipped with a high-temperature-resistant Teflon Polytef belt. The upgraded pure-copper motor provides stable performance, low operating noise and reliable power for continuous packaging applications.

An additional Teflon belt is included in the package.
