How ADAPT Technology Works

1. Direct Connection to the Espresso Machine

The Fiorenzato F64 EVO ADAPT connects directly, via cable, to the flow meters of any espresso machine, regardless of brand or model.

The system offers universal compatibility and can operate even in offline mode, without requiring a network connection or external applications.

2. Real-Time Data Collection

ADAPT monitors every espresso extraction, analyzing:

• extraction time;
• water volume/dose;
• shot consistency.

Based on this data, the system learns the desired recipe through a guided self-learning procedure, creating a precise reference for future extractions.

3. Intelligent Assistance for the Barista

If three consecutive extractions fall outside the parameters of the saved recipe, ADAPT displays a notification on the grinder screen, suggesting how the operator should adjust the grind size:

• finer;
• coarser.

The barista remains fully in control at all times. The system provides recommendations only and does not automatically modify the grinder settings.

4. Micron-Level Grind Adjustment

The F64 EVO ADAPT features the new RSG – Ready.Set.Go adjustment ring, designed for maximum precision and ease of use.

The system provides:

• improved ergonomics;

• precise control of burr distance, displayed on the screen through the integrated encoder.
