Coffee plants grow more slowly than in lowland areas, giving them time to develop their full aromatic potential. The soil, formed from volcanic ash, is rich in nutrients. Kenya AA Top Masai is a coffee made from very high-quality AA beans. This designation guarantees the taste of carefully selected beans, well-formed and larger than average. The essential oils in the infusion reflect the very best. It is obtained using traditional wet methods, which help achieve a more refined sensory profile. It is known for its rich and electrifying aroma. While the wine-like acidity is noticeable, its palate is a sensual journey through a full range of tropical fruits and berries, perfectly resonating with its spicy aroma. Roasting this coffee is a very pleasant experience when you can feel the aroma of the beans as they gradually dry. A very light roast, commonly called cinnamon roast, is also possible, but we usually prefer to roast it just after the first crack. By carefully adjusting the airflow, you can bring out unforgettable flavors.
