Description
Cocoa Butter Extracted Directly from Cacao Beans
Cacao beans are usually roasted at high temperatures to facilitate the extraction of cocoa butter. To preserve their natural taste and aroma characteristics, we use a gentle roasting process. This helps retain the valuable qualities of the cocoa butter.
We source our products directly from farmers we have worked with for many years and know personally. The cacao beans we sell come from these same trusted farmers.
Approximately 99% of the cocoa liquor and cocoa butter available on the market is produced from pre-processed ingredients, meaning that raw materials from different sources are blended together. The uniqueness of our products lies in our complete control over the entire processing chain — from the raw material to the finished product, literally from the tree to the final product.
Our specialists regularly visit the plantations personally during the most critical stages of cacao cultivation and primary processing, including harvesting, fermentation, and drying.
The final processing of the raw materials and production of the finished products are carried out at our partner facility, taking into account all of our comments, preferences, and technical requirements, as well as those of our customers.
Fermentation
We make sure that our cacao products are properly fermented and carefully monitor the fermentation process. As a result, our products have reduced bitterness and astringency, along with improved flavor and aroma.
We have the opportunity to offer you a premium-quality product, carefully developed with your preferences and needs in mind.
Cocoa butter is normally solid at room temperature and melts at body temperature. To soften it, simply place it in the microwave for a short time immediately before use.

Shipping Disclaimer
Occasionally, during the summer months, some chocolate, cocoa butter, and cocoa liquor/cocoa mass may soften or partially melt during transportation. We do not use cold-pack packaging for regular shipments, as we strive to keep shipping and packaging costs low in order to offer our customers the most competitive prices.
This should not affect the product's performance in your baking or cooking applications.
