Our chocolate is handcrafted using an artisanal manufacturing process that begins with sourcing cocoa beans from trusted suppliers committed to social responsibility. We then roast the beans according to specially developed profiles designed to bring out their finest aromas—the flavors that are already naturally present in the beans. Using specialized equipment, we separate the fat from the solid components of the beans. This gives us our key ingredients: cocoa butter and cocoa powder.

Our favorite part of the process is, of course, the aroma.

Once everything is ready, we carefully mix and blend all three ingredients together.

Et voilà! Our chocolate is ready to be grated because it is not a powder, but rather chocolate flakes.

We want to be as transparent as possible, so you can see exactly what melts into your cup. We use only high-quality ingredients because that’s how we like our products: great quality and a clean label.

To meet different preferences, our hot chocolate is also available in a dark chocolate version with 70% cocoa beans, a sweeter version with 55% cocoa beans, as well as an unsweetened version made with 100% cocoa beans.

Serving suggestion: Mix 25 g of chocolate flakes with 30 ml of hot water or milk until smooth. Then add 170 ml of hot milk or steamed milk foam. Adjust the amount of liquid according to your personal preference.

Feel free to unleash your imagination and add cocoa powder, cinnamon, or other aromatic spices according to your taste.
