Chuncho cocoa beans from Chungui are a true treasure of nature. Produced in the Apurímac, Ene, and Mantaro River Valleys in the Chungui area, this cocoa is 100% the delicate aroma of Chuncho. It is cultivated in plots where the plants reach up to 15 meters in height and are over 200 years old. Its pods are small and yellow, containing fresh beans with an intense aroma and an incomparable texture.

Product characteristics:
Our cocoa beans are beautiful, brown, and offer floral, fruity, nutty, and other positive aromatic notes, with low astringency and bitterness. They are Grade I cocoa beans, with F1 fermentation – 80% fermentation, 7.5% moisture, no defects, 15% purple beans, and 5% slate beans. The bean count is 127/100 g.
